DESCRIPTION: Our High School division features coed 7v7 matches with goalkeepers, also lasting 50 minutes. We place a significant emphasis on pace, tactics, and precision through 1 & 2 touch play. Here, our coaching heavily emphasizes high-press strategies both in and out of possession, as well as the development of 1 & 2 touch combination play. The field dimensions remain consistent at 60x26 yards on indoor turf. 7v7 matches, spanning 40-50 minutes each. Our primary focus revolves around honing advanced foot skills and technical proficiency. While we do incorporate tactical elements, our emphasis here is firmly placed on technical development.
