UK Private Sessions
Private training is where your athletes will see the biggest and fastest transformation. Our style for private sessions works off of “topics” for the course of 4 - 8 weeks.
If you are serious about privates, please know you will need to commit to at least those 4 - 6 weeks.
We have four tiers of private sessions, see below! If you are doing a private session use this link to register. If you are doing a semi private or small group please contact Mandy Fontenot at 434 466 3429 for booking and payment.
Tier 1: Most appropriate for beginner players under 12 years old
Expectations: Must be able juggle 100 - 200 (total not in a row) in under 3min

VIDEO EXAMPLES
Tier 2: Most appropriate for players that are travel players 13 years old and up
Expectations: Must be able to juggle 200 - 275 (total not in a row) in under 3min

Tier 3: Most appropriate for players that are training to prep for college (high school freshman to seniors). Session includes Video Analysis upon request. Video Analysis includes: full breakdown of the 1 on 1 session (ex: slomo & drawing lines)
Expectations: Must be able to juggle 275 - 325 (total not in a row) in under 3 min
Physically: college level fit

Expectations: Athlete must be 100% technically sound. 325 - 400 jungles in under 3min)
